3D Papier Mache Chunky Heart



I was so pleased with how my 3D Papier Mache Chunky Heart turned out that I had to share! If you would like to create the same or similar desired finished to a product follow the instructions below:

 

 

What you will need:

CLP1087 3D Chunky Heart

CLDAO67 Lamp Ebony Black DecoArt Americana Acrylic

CLDAW67 DecoArt Black Americana Acrylic Writer

 

So to begin I painted the Papier Mache Heart thoroughly on both sides using our DecoArt Americana Acrylic Paint Lamp Ebony Black. Once dry use the DecoArt Black Americana Acrylic Writer to create any pattern of your choice which when dry will leave a raised design - I chose simply to do some circular squiggles.


At this point you may wish to leave the Chunky Papier Mache Heart as is or you could use one of our DecoArt Metallic Lustre along the raised paint from the writer to create this stand out effect. I used the CLDAML01 Metallic Lustre Copper Kettle to give this great bronze finish!
