Chalkboard Square Plaques

All you need to create these plaques is:
-DecoArt Chalkboard Paint
-Bisque Square Plaque
-DecoArt Metallic Acrylic Paint
-Silver DecoPatch Paper
-Silver Star Sequins
-White Chalk
-Glue
-DecoArt Metallic Writer
-DecoArt Twinkle Writer

Step by step to create these plaques

1. Paint all four plaques with the metallic paint (I used alternate colours), then leave to dry

2. Paint a square of chalkboard paint in the centre of each square, leaving enough room for a border, then leave to dry.

3. Cut up the star sequins into random shapes then stick around the edge of the square plaque as a border.

4. Use the metallic writer to neaten the edges of the chalkboard paint, then add blobs of craft twinkles around the frame.

5. Cut Decopatch paper into thick strips then twist to make the handles, thread through the holes and secure at the back.

6. Use the chalk to write onto the blackboard, any letters you like!
