Decorate your own Shell Frame to capture your summer memories!

What you will need:
CLP1039 Papier Mache Shell Frame
CLDA277 DecoArt Americana Acrylic Spa Blue
CLDAW01 DecoArt Americana White Writer
CLDAML04C DecoArt Metallic Lustre Champagne Ice

Start by painting all of your Shell Frame with DecoArt Americana Acrylic Spa Blue - originally I mixed this colour with a Pearlizing Medium however I think it's safe to say I got the ratio wrong because the colour stayed the same! Afterwards I used the DecoArt Americana White Writer to create a Shell outline in a raised affect.
Once completely dry I used DecoArt's Champagne Ice Metallic Lustre to give it a golden final finish :)
